Service Coordinator/Plan Developer 
Laura is able to help link to, and coordinate services for individuals with developmental disabilities.
She is familiar with the Health and Welfare system and is able to help individuals get set up with the supports and services they need, and to monitor those services on an on-going basis. Laura enjoys providing guidance and support to individuals and families as they navigate through the system.

Shannon Kinderknecht BS, QIDP

Shannon has been working in the field for over 10 years here in the Treasure Valley. She has worked in developmental therapy, service coordination, supported living and with children's services as well. She is a fun, knowledgeable and energetic advocate with a person centered approach. 

Sharon Saul, LCSW

Sharon has a passion for helping people live the life they choose and be successful. She worked in the social service field her entire career in various roles, and most of those years have been spent with individuals with intellectual disabilities. As co-owner of Aspire Services, LLC she founded this company on the basic principles of dignity and respect for all individuals, and focused our role on always helping people work toward achieving their goals and dreams.
